Don't go to this store. They sell cheaply made over priced clothing for kids. They do not stand behind their products. I bought my Grandson a Spider-man Coat for his 5th birthday in June and by July the stitching of the spider web on the coat was coming unraveled. Think about it this is summer, how can a 5 year old wear this coat that much to be responsible for the embroidery stitching coming out? I took the coat back the end of July and they refused to replace it. They said they would send it to their seamstress to repair it. I asked them to call me the next time the seamstress came in as I didn't feel comfortable leaving the coat. By Sept. I never herd from them. I took the jacket back on the 17th of Sept. and today is the the 18th of Oct.. They still have the coat and won't return any phone calls. The girls that work in the store are sugary sweet and want you to think they give great customer service, but they just blow smoke up your back side, getting you buy more over priced cheap ...read more

When I moved form NYC area to Vancouver,I fell right in love with the boutique but what captured my heart was the gifted staff who captivated my 4 year old daughter into the amazing exploration of art. She was and still is an on the go, excited and full of life young child but I prior to attending this amazing art school, I have never witnessed any forum in which she would be focused, tuned in and so willing to dive into every bit of knowledge, self confidence, with a never ending passion that has continued to last far beyond what child experts say a child her age can maintain. They have a specal way of utilizing art to develop some of the fundemental needs and core prinicpals that she will be able to build upon for a lifetime. My mother and I stopped in to check the store out for the first time last week. We had 5 children with us. The staff was WONDERFUL. what was to be a quick look at the store turned into an hour. Due to the wonderful staff showing us all your product ith no pressure to buy. We cant wait for our next visit!! ...read more
