I've never had such rude or slow service at a Restaurant or Bar. I've also never been told I'd be contacted by management due to my complaints, and NEVER was. We went here to support a Fundraising Pub Crawl and couldn't wait to leave. Took us 30minutes just to be able to get waitress to our table and then she took forever coming back, so we missed ordering during happy hour. She was quite rude to our group. The people at Tacoma Mall Coin & Stamp know what they are doing. You'll always get a straight honest answer and there's usually a laugh or two in the process. Collecting coins or diversifying your investments, it will be worth getting to know them. Harbor Lights is my absolute FAVORITE place for Steamed Clams Bordelaise! My husband and I usually start with a Crab Cocktail and usually share a bucket of clams! Most of the time we end up unable to finish them, but they are gooood! Another great suggestion is the Fried Crab Legs...delicious! But...if you plan to have them call ahead of time to reserve them because they sell out fast! The seafood is always fresh and always good! I have never walked away hungry and the menu is prices accordingly. The waitstaff is kind and courteous. I'm surprised at what Mike TD had to say in his review. Must have caught them on a bad day! I took one of the analysis's to a customer with a proposal. She had contacted her current provider with some questions and thought she had all the answers. They explained the $100.00 fee per year. Told her that her 2085 was compliant and that she was secure. I asked her where her security book was and she said NorthAmerican BankCard told her it was not necessary for her to have one. All she needed to know was that she was compliant. I asked her to call them while I was there and we could not find a live person that knew what we were talking about. I asked her if she wanted to deal with someone that could not answer her questions or a local person that wanted to help her business.
