I feel that I must help protect the many pets out there. I had a very bad experience at The Pet Brigade. The staff seems untrained and inexperienced and I must say...not very friendly! I don't want to seem like a tattle tale, but while I was in the office one day, I overheard the staff discussing something that had happened. All I am going to say is that in the future I will ALWAYS ask any boarding facility if they have had any injuries or deaths of pets. And also how many. How many trips to the vet do they make on average? It shouldn't be necessary, but I guess it is. I will never take my dogs back to The Pet Brigade!! ...read more

The place seems really chaotic and unorganized. They lost our leashes and toys. One guy(the owner?) was very rude and showed quite a temper! My dogs were dirty and I was not happy with the way I was treated when I complained. I don't recommend this place at all!! ...read more

I had my 12 year old basset hound there at the nighttime Er part cause she was acting weird and they listened to her heart and took temp and came back with a 1700.00 estimate to have blood work and an ultrasound and some other stuff..to which i said no..and paid the exam fee..I took her to my regular vet the next AM it was 200.00 total and she was not treated for any of the stuff they "suspected" was wrong so I would have spend that 1700 plus more when the tests showed they were on the wrong tract..I have found in the past they look for the most obscure thing it could be first and go down to normal ..like dog peeing alot look for bladder caner first instead of treating for a UTI first..used to be the best vet in the world before VCA ...read more
