I have worked with Entertainment Masters for years to provide premium top notch entertainment and equipment for many of our city and community events. Their knowledge and experience with many types of events and venues helps tremendously when planning and coordinating big events. Entertainment Masters provided the sound system for my daughter's "Garden Wedding" over looking Puget Sound last summer. it was a very challenging venue, but they had all the equipment we needed and many helpful suggestions. They were set up on time, and the price was competitive. We felt we received excellent service and would use them again when ever we need this type of service. ...read more

We booked Entertainment Masters (Leanna Mason) for our wedding and we solely regret it. Regardless of how organized & well planned we were, Leanna continually made mistakes, from the mispronunciation of the wedding party and families names (even though she had them written down in front of her), to not playing the songlist we took so much time to create for her, spoiling the surprise I had (I had planned on singing a song for the groom) and worst of all, she was not accountable for any of her actions & mistakes and continued to blame us and she had the audacity to call me a difficult bride. There obviously is a huge lack of professionalism and respect. We will never use Entertainment Masters. They ruined our 1 special night that we can never get back. ...read more
