Unfortunately, this business is not doing well so they are desperate for every penny that comes in the door - spent quite a bit on a futon - nice, high end wood and leather with a high end cover. We were charmed by the owner and wanted to support local business (because we are business owners ourselves) but total mistake! They were unable to get our items due to the fact that it's in a warehouse - they were going to call when it was ready...never received a call so called them - of course, they needed more time. During these delays, we decided to check out IKEA and found a better item. Since we hadn't received our item, it shouldn't be an issue- we were wrong. The owners attitude totally changed and he started telling us conflicting stories and talking about his health problems- he refused to give us our money back even thought it was their fault!!! ...read more
