I lived in Cedar Court apartments for almost four years and would recommend to anybody to NEVER LIVE HERE and to NEVER RENT FROM DOBLER MANAGEMENT. I was always on time or early with my rent, only ever had one maintenance request (when I moved in the closet to the laundry didn't have a handle and sometimes that was difficult to open) and still got dicked around. I was called by the apartment manager one day and accused of not paying my rent, when they found my rent check he later called back and accused me of turning it in after they called. I had turned it in to the box TWO DAYS EARLIER. I was told that I was not allowed to have anything on my deck (including flowers) yet see a lot of other apartments in the community with flowers, even porch furniture on their decks. I was almost towed once because I parked in "another apartment complex". It was an uncovered, non-reserved stall and I could see it from my apartment. I Had THEE WORST experiences in deaing with the 2 Cat women! There office is so gross, smells like cat pee! There is no possible way you could walk in their office and not leave with the HORRIBLE scent all over your clothes!\t\n\t\nThey NEVER fix anything in the apartment! I had a huge hole under my kitchen sink, they never fixed! Dryer doesnt work, Toilet broke, holes behind doors that they refused to patch up, and thenthey try and blame you for them! The day I moved in I found the neighbors washing and drying their clothes in my unit because their w/d didn't work How unprofessional, and they gave them permission! The place is FULL of mold, and mildew! They refuse to have cleaners come out The roof is full of moss and the outside of the door have tons of bugs! They wont even pressure wash the building! OH! And all the late charges that they charge you, they end up pocketing themselves! I spoke with the owners of my building and they stated that they never charged $150 in late charges! They had NO idea! \t\nBTW...Each building is owned by someone else and C&D Property refuses to give you the owners info, so you can never speak to them regarding the up keeping of the building! Just found out that my paricular building is going into foreclosure and they still expect us to pay the RENT! These women have pocketed all of our hard working money along with the owner and was NEVER paying the mortgage on the building! THIS IS NOT A PLACE you would want to live!
