Take my advice and never buy furniture from A&Y. A&Y has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My bedroom set took 2 months to arrive primarily due to A&Y taking over 5 weeks to process my check and ship out the furniture. I was living without furniture for over a month. In addition, they do not respond to phone calls or e-mails. When my furniture arrived it was horribly damaged and A&Y would not even answer an e-mail requesting assistance but instead said 'please refer to our claims policy' after multiple e-mails and phone calls to re-iterate the damage done to my dresser. Not only will they not ship out replacements in the event of damage, but you have to order the same item from them again - subjecting yourself to the same process all over again.
