This clinic and the clinic in Suncrest Wa, they are very incompetent. They forget to call in new prescriptions after your visit (3days) and blame the pharmacy for their screw-up. They also send you on a referral to a specialist and forget to write on the referral for what you are to be seen for. They tell you one thing in person (LIP SERVICE) and then when you call back in, they say something different over the phone. These 2 clinics are the worst I've seen in my life. The constantly want you to keep scheduling multiple appointments for the same thing. I feel this was all due to them getting my medical insurance money because they are a low income clinic with a sliding scale and there was no sliding scale for each of my multiple visits. \nThey DO NOT like when you call them on their incompetence and when you do, THEY TURN YOU AWAY AND REFUSE YOU SERVICE, telling you that you are no longer a good fit. ...read more
