Do not use this Company, the owner Mr Flynn, will flip out on you and will berate you verbally. Contacted him in regards to a complete HVAC Renovation. Pulling out an old oil furnace and installing a new gas furnace. After asking him for the walk through on the calculation used to determine what A/C would be needed for the house he told me "No". And then when I opted to stop the job due to poor performance and several times of him berating me. He threatens to sue for remaining balance of uncompleted work. Mind you I have at this point paid in full with cash for the work that had been done thus far. Upon also requesting my final detailed bill after firing him from the job, he refused to give that to me as well, so now I can not file for a rebate that the furnace qualifies for. Sadly, had he just bit his tongue and showed me the calculation and proven to me that all would be fine instead of choosing to verbally insult a new customer and home owner, he most likely would have made way more money on 3 if not 4 referrals I would have sent his way. I have worked with River City Solid surface on four different countertop installations in the past 10 years. Recently, they installed brand new counter tops in my kitchen. It was a huge project and there were multiple complications that I am confident no other company could have handled with the professionalism and skill in which River City did. Dawn worked very patiently with me to answer countless questions and ensure that I had appointments that worked with my crazy schedule. Additionally Dawn was able to get the appointments scheduled with very short notice! Matt and Tim executed the actual install and did beautiful work! They were extremely conscientious and took much care when coming in and out of our home. I could go on and on about how thrilled I am with everyone that we encountered at River City.
