Owner Bill Fletch has failt to contact us on a dyson vacuum we sent in in winter of 2013. Till this day he has failed to call back or bother updating us on the service. I have filed a BBB complaint as well and going to saturate spokane of this horrible service. Poor service and work ethics is what kill businesses. AVOID at all cost if you want your vacuum back. Lastly, the vacuum repair industry inst thriving but you would think he would make an effort to keep all customers happy by provide one thing "service". Get out of the service industry BILL. I recently rented a do-it-yourself carpet cleaner from H&M - saw a street sign in front of their business on the way to the grocery store to rent one. They have a non-soap based cleaner that REALLY WORKED! The machine was clean, and worked well. Also was cheaper than the grocery store machine. Nice people, besides!
