I have been a business owner for over 16 years and if this manger was in my employ it would not be for very long. I had a loved one staying at this motel who was ill and I had to call and check on him regularly. The manager found that putting my calls through to his room was not part of his job description and made that very clear to me when I call for the 3rd time in over a 4 hour time frame. He hung up on me and told me not to bother calling back. I must admit this motel is not the Ritz but it does not mean that the people,who unfortunately can not afford a fancy hotel, deserve to be treated in such an unprofessional manner. This incident took place on Jan. 20, 2011. I am not the kind of person to complain unless there is very good reason. Well December is behind us now and we somehow managed to do 400 airport trips during the snow and ice. We appreciate the business.
