We bought 2 replacements parts for our dryer from them, and was charged a total of $93.21. Came home and looked up the parts online because we thought that was ridiculously expensive, and found out we could get them online for $23 total. Took the items back (never removed from box) the next day and was charged a 20% "restocking" fee (which applies to all returns) which they said was to cover "card charge fees", and cost us about $18. I don't know any credit or debit card company that charges a company 20% of each transaction. Ridiculous. What a rip off!!! Look ANYWHERE else before going here! ...read more

I was promised a product exchange in December by Bryan Cline and have been trying to follow up via text, email and now on this website hoping someone will respond and communicate some kind of solution/resolution. Issue: ALL my Commercial Grade gas Tiki torches had the powder coated paint peel away after 1 hours use. I'm looking for a used 32x78 door with handle on left side that swings inward to replace one that a tenant ruined. It goes between kitchen and laundry room.
