I have been going to these guys for a while now and have not had a problem until I had them change a filter in my car. When they got done with that I noticed that something was not right so I contacted them to find out what had happened. I tried to work with the main mechanic and reason with him about it, however, I didn't get anywhere on communicating with him 3 different times. They did not admit to causing the issue. I've had other mechanics confirm that it that it seems as if the work they did caused a major part to fail. This is now an almost $1000 job to fix. I don't plan on going back to this shop.
