I came in for a water test which he seemed to know about it than anyone else I have do one anywhere, that was great. I told him I bought a bubble cover for hot tub from them planning to cut it out from my old one for a pattern. I hate to ask for help but I have 3 problem discs in my back and I can't get on my hand and knees and move around like that. Is there any chance you could help me. He said where is it , I replied in my car. He went to the car, brought it in and cut the whole thing out for me. Where did you find this guy, he's a real keeper. I won't forget this. I have had nothing but problems with pool world. They have always insisted on sending an extra person for closing which they charge for but after many years of paying for this they sent only one person due to the second calling in sick. Then when we questioned them on charging us all these years when it obviously wasn't necessary they said they would not guarantee the closing and we had to pay extra to have them come out again to double check the work. After all of this and many other issues we were then told to go somewhere else by a very unprofessional person that works in their office.
