We bought 2 replacements parts for our dryer from them, and was charged a total of $93.21. Came home and looked up the parts online because we thought that was ridiculously expensive, and found out we could get them online for $23 total. Took the items back (never removed from box) the next day and was charged a 20% "restocking" fee (which applies to all returns) which they said was to cover "card charge fees", and cost us about $18.
