I have been doing business with Ruddells for over 20 years. I have never had a bad transaction or made to feel like they were doing something unethical. I recommend them to all my family and friends. A salesman at Ruddell (Garrett Thomas) lied to get personal information (credit reports and scores) by telling my wife and I that our SS numbers and signing a financial page was to check our names against a terrorist list. I questioned the reason at the time. I found out afterward, there is NO terrorist list and they had NO reason to get our SS numbers as we paid cash. All they wanted was our credit reports and scores!
