While back in town for the summer, we decided to work on some heavy hitting remodeling projects. Renewal by Andersen was simply outstanding. We have completed numerous home projects with them and their workmanship exceeded our expectations and did not require that we make any changes after the work was completed. The main guy in the back who does the door framing...attitude is horrible. Spoke to him on the phone...I had purchased numerous doors over the years. He spoke rudely, crudely, was rushed, and talked down to me..2nd times a charm. I guess there business does so well that they can afford to provide a horrible customer service exeperience. I hope they evaluate their staff time to time. Sometimes you have to know when to change the lead or move on to another business.
