We have used Russell Jewelers in the Junction for many years. Ron has always been straightforward and helpful. When I had the occasion to sell a ring he directed me to a place where I would get the best value. Another party could have purchased it from me for less and made the profit themselves. I was browsing on their site and had a pop-up came up with a special! FREE GIFT with a diamond ring purchase? What not to click on! I had a live conversation with one of the sales rep and Ashley was so sweet. I was not ready to buy until a month later, but with her, she gave me everything that I wanted for my girlfriends ring. She told me I can call whenever I'm ready, but I told her I wanted to go ahead and take the offer before the diamond I wanted is gone.
