The communication level with R&T Hood and Duct Services is really good. They monitor the experiences and keep up with the fire standards. They send out an email well ahead of time to schedule an appointment. We are open really late, until 3am, so they have to accommodate that for us, and they do. I haven't personally interacted with them, but my staff says that they are on time and always very helpful. Recently, they discovered some damage, they notified us about it and we are having it repaired. They're very aware of the work they do. Things really come together with them. ...read more

R&T come in 2 times a year and do fire suppression systems, also all of our fire extinguishers. They come through and do everything, we've been using them for 10 years and never had a problem. We always pass our annual inspection. ...read more
