WinterTravel, your basing your opinion on one tour. You clearly had a one off experience. Please do the responsible thing and go on multiple tours before you right a review like this, or at least specify your limited credibility. Doing so eliminates the possibility of abnormality (I'm sure we both remember our high school science experiments :D). I have been on several tours now and have a good picture of the business. The tours range from all activity levels and each experience has been a different activity level for me. Evergreen escapes has some of the best provided equipment and the best inclusive lunch I have had for being in middle of nature. The guides are extremely knowledgeable and make it a very exciting experience! WinterTravel, your complaints are not accurate for what you signed up for. Your problems are easily solved if you book a private tour with Evergreen Escapes. The disappointment you experienced can be found in errors made on the user side, not the company.
