Live, on-screen captioning by a real court reporter made school possible for me. I have known Lisa for eleven years, and she has provided a great deal of my disability access. She is always punctual, prepared for the assignments, puts considerable work into getting the correct words recorded and picks up the nuances of the speaker. As I was finishing up my senior year at the University of Washington Lisa wrote ALL of my classes which says a great deal about how highly I regard her work!
