Seattle Luxury Condo! The condo was as advertised, clean, quiet, well appointed, comfortable and in an excellent location to enjoy the sites of central Seattle. The communication leading up to my stay was clear and timely and the on-site building manager was also available to take care of any problems during my stay. The off-street parking was very welcome. I recommend this property to anyone wanting an attractive and quiet accommodation that is convenient to the lower Queen Anne neighborhood restaurants and shops and central Seattle tourist sites. ...read more

Beautiful property. High end construction and VERY clean. Lots of thoughtful touches (Kuerig with tons of kcups, creamer, all bathroom items including toothpaste, nice candle, heated bathroom floors, huge tub, nice linens, washer and dryer with laundry soap, etc) and in a very quiet neighborhood so it was relaxing and easy to get restful sleep. We rented a car and it was nice to have an assigned parking spot as street parking would be difficult. Good location to great restaurants and an awesome grocery market. Highly recommend. Owner was very responsive to questions before trip and refunded deposit expeditiously. These people know what they are doing. ...read more

Finding a place to stay near the University of Washington was difficult, but I came across the Stanford apartments and have loved what they have to offer. Being in a perfect spot in the city and close to U Village, Stanford offers multiple options for length of visit which has really made finding a place to stay in Seattle an easy decision. ...read more
