Brought gear in to get an estimate for them to buy from me. I was told that I would be contacted with an estimate. The days went by and when i called them they said that my 10 window had past and the gear is now being processed. So now I have lost my gear that cost me $3000 and I didnt even get an estimate. Shaddy business read other reviews. You are better off going to a dive shop that is trusted without a long list of complaints. ...read more

The staff is awful to deal with. Rude- condescending- unprofessional and terrible to deal with.Their 'standard retail practice' is refunds are processed in 5 weeks even if it was due to them cancelling a class. And then- you have to call multiple times to receive your refund- listen to the staff tell you everyone else has lied to you, give you the run around, not connect you with the appropriate person and change their stories to why the refund wasn't issued each and every time you call. Then in the end to have the owner,who calls himself a preacher, send you a rude and nasty email saying that you are impatient and he cannot apologize for his staff or your experience. WOW!Find a more reputable company to deal with. Update: After seeing that I reviewed his company online, 'the preacher' sent a follow up nasty email saying "something awful must be happening in my life to review them so poorly." They way over book their classes and don't have enough employees to take kids on drives. So your kid ends up at the end of the driving classes and doesn't get the state mandated drives for months.
