Robert Suryan solved our problems with a Lutron system that we inherited from the previous owner of our condo. He did not give up until all our issues were fixed. He came twice and worked several times online to make sure all our Lutron shades and lights were working properly with our remotes and app. We recommend Robert without qualification. After two previous experiences with two different computer guys who spent hours and didn't accomplish much, and one hour on the phone with Geek Squad's Askanagent, Sunny came today and took only one hour to get my new computer to download files and set my new printer up with our network.
