I worked for Kindercare in Sammamish for seven months in 2012. The school director at that time was rude, intrusive, money hungry and very abusive to me and the staff. She had all of the teachers and assistants so uptight, they were afraid to talk to their coworkers. She had them write down everything I said and did. I was a very hard worker and very experienced. I worked very hard for her and the school. She cut my hours and added tasks every week. I wanted to quit, but thought it would ruin getting unemployment. In the end, she and her assistant set me up to fire me. She wrote a false termination report with lies and accusations. The kids and I had a good rapport during this time. I have never been treated so poorly at a job as I was here. BTW - she allowed kids to come to the center when they were really sick.
