Its not letting me post my long message about what i want to show. but lets just say i received a very nasty email after formally filing a complaint and writing my review on yelp about my opinion. Please avoid this clinic! The owners Dr wood & office manager Kevin c. Are terrible people! They run their clinics in a sick cruel way. They attack all bad reviews on all review websites trying to prove the persons review wrong with a number of excuses for their terrible treatments. Their prices are outrageous! Their staff is full of uneducated employees!Tracy abuses your pets behind those closed doors! She's kicked plenty of cats and dogs around and she thinks this is the right way to treat your pets. Can you imagine what she does with her own pets? She doesn't have a heart or soul if you believe shes treating your pets great when they walk through that door your sadly mistaken and obviously have fallen for her fake personality. Her employees can tell you how cold hearted she really is if your lucky enough to find one who's not scared of her. Or if you see the same employees the next time your in.. Just today, my dog got dental service done. A year ago, I had another dog who had quite a few large bladder stones and she had to have surgery. They put her on a treatment including specialized food after the surgery and we've had follow up x-rays where we haven't seen anymore stones show up. We also had an emergency with one of our dogs and we had to get in right away and they were willing to help us right then. They always do a followup call to see if you have any questions and we certainly had some, so much so, we went down to the office to get more information.
