Christie did such an amazing job at my wedding that I immediately called her to cater my mom's 70th BD party 12 1/2 years later. Nothing has changed! The service was great and responsive. The ribs I ordered tasted like they had been boiled in water. The BBQ sauce was watery. I think the chef was trained in a retirement home where seasoning and taste are a no no. I love my BBQ and will drive to the other side of town just to get home made hot links totaly disregarding the cost of gas. Please someone open up a real BBQ joint "Chicago style". ...read more

The barbecue is great, I disagree with those who want to smell more smoke, I think it's smoky enough. My only complaint is I always have to order 2-3 extra things of BBQ sauce but it's worth it and the extra sauce is not expensive. ...read more
