I've been getting my hair cut at Hair Artisans for about a year (I'm male). I feel that my hair cut and style is as good as what I was getting at a major stylist for twice the price. I have to say that Christine the owner of 1630 is amazing. She does excellent cuts, color and up dos. I have been seeing her for almost 4 years now and she always does an excellent job. The reason I wanted to finally come leave a review is that I have had tons of bad experiences with getting my eyebrows waxed. I have had them lop-sided, or round when I asked for an arch, my face has been left red for days, I have had wax in my hair and baby oil smeared all over my face and in my bangs. You would think that an eyebrow was would be pretty simple- Well its not. An eyebrow wax at 1630 costs $20, I tried to cut costs and go to some other place that charges $8 and well I just explained to you what happened (various different places) and in the end I always end up paying the extra $20 to have Christine at 1630 fix the mess.
