We bought a pellet stove for my elderly father's house. And occasionally we have problems with it. Most of the time it was probably due to our lack of understanding of how to maintain it. My husband and I have been renovating our little house for 2 years now and we have had consistently good experiences with the staff at Therman's, especially Christine who is not only knowledgeable but super helpful and accommodating. the yard guys there could use a little polish on there customer service but once you get there attention they are helpful to, although we usually pull our own product anyway.
