We looked around to find the rental store with the best prices in the Tri-Cities because we had a large company event coming up and wanted to get the most out of our budget. Turns out Pasco Rentals had the best prices and event some rental items we weren't even thinking of getting initially, but because they saved us on the budget we fit in a few more items like a margarita machine and a misting fan to add wonderful touches to our event. I would not recommend JLS Homes to anyone unless they have construction knowledge and are available to watch their home being built, and I mean Like A Hawk. It is two years and we are still waiting for repairs, this time for a wall that was improperly framed. The turn over in customer service reps is unbelievable, not to mention vendors. My experience, with our home, has been they want the most profit for the least in service and quality sub-contractors. If you are not willing to hold a substantial amount of money from closing in order to be sure ALL repairs are completed you might be in the same boat.
