I was in the shop about a year ago.I walked in hoping to find a saddle for the horse I had recently purchased.I was passed from sales person to sales person because each thought they were too busy or had no clue how to help.The gal that finally help was so unfriendly I was wondering why she was even working with the public.I told her my concern of buying a saddle and then not having it fit my horse.She mumbled under her breath quite rudely I could bring it back in 5 days..OR I could bring my horse in,...really???Because that wasn't even an option..I walked in with a credit card having a $6,400 limit and planned on using at least half on horse gear but their lack of interest in making a saddle sale turned me off..we walked out with about $200 in purchases anyway...but poor customer service cost them thousands.I now shop online.Maybe they'll read this and shape up.I'd like to try again sometime.I left one star because zero wasn't possible.IT'S CALLED A SMILE PEOPLE,TRY IT! ...read more
