As a former employee of Chesterfield, I have to say that this company is very incompetent to be taking care of the disable! They over hire staff with NO training and will hire the next junkie off the street to take care of your loved one. The lack of communication is unreal as is the corporate office who pretends that they know what they are doing!! If you are looking for a shady, thieving, lying, unprofessional and incompetent facility to take care of your family and/or to work for this is the right place for you!! ...read more

This place is terrible. People are falling, showers don't get done, the RN just smiles and says thank you, even if your complaint is huge. She leaves no options but to go to the state. The lady running the place, Robyn, she is not even from this country and all she wants to talk about is her life is Austraila. She shows no care or compassion and it is very obvious she is in this for the money only. She does not care about the health and welfare of those patients in that building. ...read more
