Got an intermediate level trumpet here for my daughter who has be playing trumpet for 6 years. She mentioned to us that it did not seem to play right on the first day of band camp. On the second day she said it just is not working. I brought it into Yenney and spoke to Don. He immediately took on a condescending tone and treated my daughter bad. Accusing her of doing something to the trumpet. Telling us that her band director doesn't know what he is talking about. The next day he and my husband speak on the phone and my husband gets the same rude feel. Don says to us you know brass is very fragile. We are like yes we have had a student model brass trumpet for years now and have not had any problems. My husband and I are so disgusted with this place and will not return as customers ever. My daughter loves music, is an honors student, ASB member and takes care of her things. I want to shop in a place that support students in music not makes them feel like an idiot. So dissapointed.
