Why use Synthetiic Motor Oil?

When you look at all the different motor oil comparisons it becomes clear people need to change their thinking about what kind of lubrication or motor oil they put in their cars or trucks.  Gone are the days where the cheapest oil is just fine, why? Petroleum oil is organic meaning it is just like you and I, changing all the time.  This is just a fact about organic's plus regular motor oil comes from the ground and the product pumped out of the earth is different in very hole.  when you look at motor oil chemical makeup you will discover that petroleum oil is made up of light oils to heavy oils.  During use the light oils boil off in a process known as volatility making the remaining oil thicker.  The longer you use the oil the thicker it gets until it is finally reduced down to a thick tar. When you look at temperature and oil you will notice that regular oilo gets very thick when it gets oil yet turns into the consistency of water when hot.  The long and short here is when very cold the engine staves for lubrication at start up while the protection is reduced at high temperatures, both equate to a reduced lifespan and an increase in repair bills. Many have got trained that you need to change your oil every 3000-5000 miles.  With petroleum that is a very true expectation, remeber it si organic so it not only is losing the viscosity required but all the organics are doing chemical reactions.  These chemical reactions result in the formation of acids, shellac, tar, and sludge just to name a few, all of which destroy your motor. Here's the good news, you can lower your cost, improve your fuel mileage, and make your cars and truck last longer by using a quality synthetic Like AMSOIL.  People ask Why Use Synthetic motor oil?  Easy answers, AMSOIL is a chemically engineered synthetic that does not react to the normal combustion processes that kills petroleum oil.  AMSOIL has a very broad operating range of around -54 degrees to 450 degrees, regular oil cannot complete. One of the biggest assets is the cost saving, using a quality synthetic like AMSOIL and following the recommended on many products you can go for up to one year or 25,0000 miles on one oil change.  You would change your petroleum oil 3-5 times in that same period.  It does not take a mathmatition to see the value plus the green benefits of one oil change instead of 3-5.  Oh and by the way AMSOIL is American made by American Workers. for more information Visit http://stokesabode.com ...read more

Best Ways to Take Auto Racing Photos

Automobile races have a reputation for being difficult to photograph. In part, this is because the speed of cars when they are actually racing requires special techniques, usually panning with the motion of a car to freeze its motion while blurring the background, thus giving an impression of speed.
