no frills, cold cement floors with no rugs, no heat, kitchen offered pots n pans only, foam pillows, polyester blankets with lumps,dark basement called "lower deck" owner not interested in making any amends. Lower tide really stunk the place up, not much to do about that. When heat came on it stayed on, when the "upper deck" was let what a noise onslaught. Not a thing could be done!
