Tangles is a comfortable salon to go into, all the girls are great and get along really well-which isn't always the case in salons with a bunch of women. Katey Bellrose did my hair and did a wonderful job, she was very professional and friendly, listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and didn't try to persuade me into something I didn't want. Title pretty much says it all. Completely ignored what I asked for faced me away from the mirror and gave me a mom in the kitchen buzz cut. Went from 4" of hair on top to .5" if you decide to ignore this advice and try it anyways, stay away from the older lady with black 80's hair. ...read more
