I am a 66 yr. old male with chronic lower back arthritis, mostly around the lower spine area. For many years my activities have slowed, my movements have become shorter conversely, the pain was getting worse. I am talking from morning to night daily. I met Dr. Billow alittle over a year ago, during that time he performed three various series of injections on the most affected discs. I believe it's somewhat of a medical/detective procedure. The first is done and monitored to determine if pain relief has occurred, the relief did but unfortunately did not last. A few months later, the second procedure with different medicine was performed with longer results than the first. I believe the third procedure is performed when he observes potential viability for more lasting relief via the third procedure. It takes alittle longer but it was the best hour I have ever spent in the last 20 years of back pain. He more or less separated various nerves and interrupted a painful three disc area of nerve endings in six specific spots. My wife is typing this and I am walking around virtually pain free and looking forward to a long beach walk within an hour of this writing. Dr. Billow is terrific and his staff are all long term and convey a great sense of professionalism and patient care. You will not be sorry if your problem is similar to what mine was. The clinic was clean and easy to find, and the procedure was smooth. We were/are very excited to see our baby and that she is a girl. The only problem was that the ultrasound tech was unfriendly bordering on rude. At such an important time, I just ask for a little bit of friendliness/professionalism! I don't think the tech even introduced herself, and she certainly didn't ask if we had any questions or tell us how long the procedure would take! ...read more

I have went to this clinic for years. My doctor is Dr Knudsen. I think all the doctors and nurses are wonderful. They really go out of there way to make sure you feel welcome and importent. They front office call me by my first name when i come through the door and they are very pleasent.and helpful. In reference to the last reveiw left., F.S.A provides checks also.
