possibly the most horrific thing i have ever seen. the facilty resembled a penitentiary, or asylum to say the least. the rooms in which the children occupy are bare with little to no play equipment, and the smell had me gagging. immediately upon entering, all i wanted to do was leave. i would rather live in my car than send my child here. ...read more
