ADG uses unethical business practices. I contracted them to print a large job. They collect Full Payment up front. The quality control was atrocious and 35% of my order had to be rerun due to blue streaks across my prints. ADG has refused to correct and complete my full order after a second round of bad prints and poor QC. Now, they are turning me away and I'm out my complete order AND my money! Management is scarce upon request and takes no responsibility for faulty equipment and poor QC. Beware! I'm out over $1,000 and told to go away. ...read more

These guys are great. A person answers the phone when you call! Their printing is quick and design is included (or if you design it the price is less) as well as many design elements most people want on their cards anyway. ...read more

Running a small business myself, I have used several print shops over the years. But I have never got the personal service and attention like I got at Western Print & Type. Warren worked personally with me to get EXACTLY what I wanted with letterhead, envelopes & biz cards. I recieved my items 2 days after we completed the order! 2 days!!!
