Mr. Johnson has represented me twice. The first was for a ticket for failure to yield. He was extremely helpful and helped me get the ticket deferred. In a year it was completely off my record! The second time he represented me was in a personal injury case. I was a passenger in a car accident and injured my back. The case was complicated by the fact that I had a prior back injury, and I worried that I wouldn't be able to get the help I needed. Fortunately, this wasn't the case. With Mr. Johnson's expert help we never even had to take the case to trial, as the opposing party offered me an adequate settlement before that was necessary. Throughout our dealings, I found Mr. Johnson to be professional, pleasant, easy to contact, extremely competent and knowledgeable, and overall an excellent attorney. This man worked a case for a few months but nothing seemed to be getting done, the woman had an affair but was still able to get over $1100 a month in spousal maintenance, which does not include child support even though it's 50/50, and then called this person who retained him but when that person would call Zandi back, the calls weren't returned until days later and and Zandi never called the cell number even though he had it and finally informed his client he was going to go work for OPPOSING counsel. Now anyone knows this deal didn't go through in a weeks time, so he seemed to be playing both sides of the fence. Taking money to work on a case that he is secretly in negotiations with to accept a job. A lawyer with this dishonesty is not a lawyer to hire, not even to handle your dead dog's estate. ...read more
