I would never write a poor review based on just one experience. I live within 2 miles of the Ruddell Rd. Cutters Point. I'm an avid coffee drinker (to say the least) and go to all the local stops. (JavaFlow, Randeez, Starbucks, etc... - they're all great, very friendly) My sister and I ordered coffee (2 different types) on two different days. BOTH times BOTH our coffee's were terrible (and we rarely agreee on anything) BOTH were milky and luke warm. We tried to tell them something might be wrong w/the machine on that that day... we treated abruptly and rudely. After those two times... things were good for a while. A month later I stopped by and questions the price of the cooffe. The girl said very rudely, "You know if you don't like our coffee why do you keep coming here?" She was right... I have not been back since then Any place can have an off day or two...but this biz is too competivie for a bad attitude. ...read more
