When I was looking for my QX60, Mike from Infiniti of Kirkland was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. They were not pushy, but were also keen on closing the deal that was satisfactory to both ends. Afterwards, he went even further to help explain the features of the car even though it was an hour after the closing time of the showroom. I came to Infiniti two years ago to buy a used car and had the most awesome experience with Brandon. Brandon stayed in touch with me over those two years and every time I came into the dealership for oil changes, he was always pleasant and continued to ask if there was anything else he could do for us. On my last oil change he asked if I was ready to trade up my car. My husband was not happy about this at all. He likes us to keep cars until they are paid off. Anyways, Brandon would run scenario's to show us how easy it would be to get into a new car. This last visit we intended only to come in to get an oil change and while we were waiting, we went into the lobby to say hi to Brandon. I told Brandon that I was thinking about trading in my car and he said "let me see what I can do to help with that. I already knew that I wanted to stay with the same car but a new model. I never lease but Brandon was able to show me the value that I could get with leasing. He even convinced my husband that this was a great way to get the car and have a cheaper payment. I cannot thank Brandon enough for all of his help with getting my new car. Both my husband and I are really happy with our lease and we love the car. Its great to do business with people that you can trust and sincerely take the time to really help their customers. I am a loyal client and would follow Brandon to any dealership. I am in the service industry and I appreciate his professionalism and all of his help in buying this car. I also want to put a shout out to Chaz.
