I signed up about a month ago. I love the upbeat environment and the motivating instructors. I feel challenged but not discouraged. They maintain a clean gym and have my sweat flowing by the end of class. Everyone is so friendly and supportive and i catch myself looking forward to my classes - I highly recommend!!! ...read more

Ilovekickboxing Kirkland is the one and only form of exercise I have found that I actually don't dread doing. The staff has made this studio such an encouraging environment for everyone.
