Jean, owner of Kingston Furniture, Kingston, WA bent over backwards to serve us when we were moving into a retirement community and needed 7 pieces that she carried or ordered and had finished. She also engaged a cabinet maker to build us a 5 piece entertainment center to our specified design and size. She and a co-worker delivered our pieces at no charge, though we lived 2 hours away.
