We did a thorough research of many possible companies, and got estimates from several for the replacement of our heat pump. After gathering all the information, we felt most comfortable with Doug's knowledge, experience, and assessment of the situation. He was very patient with all of our questions and hIs pricing for the work was very reasonable. It was clear that Doug had our best interest in mind, instead of selling the product that would be most beneficial for him. It was also a pleasure dealing with their business manager, Christy, who gave us amazing customer service. Hayes Heating did their very best to accommodate me. I was putting in the water heater as a surprise for my daughter, and they worked perfectly around that and went out of their way to get the propane delivered to the house. I think they were excellent. ...read more
