These guys are unprofessional and could care less about making customer happy. Irene cusses like a sailor and has Perry on a dog chain. It's sad. I am not renewing my contract. I discovered Perry's handicap and Irene's bad mouth just after a month of signing in a 6 month contract. They hate customers calling in to check mail and getting business done. ...read more

Perry the owner doesn't care about customer service or any of the business his franchise can attain. Irene the old lady who works there bosses everyone around and yells at customers on the phone all the time. People get into contracts here and Perry laughs when you say you want out even if it was only yesterday. UPS store needs to close this location because these guys don't do any business. They are unprofessional and don't care to get the mail or send it. I own a business and have hated my entire experience with Perry and Irene. ...read more
