My wife went to Valley Medical Center on Oct 15, 2009. Our son had a fever for 2 days and complained about his ear hurting. My wife and son were there for several hours in the evening until they were finally seen. The doctor checked my son out and gave a clean bill of health. That evening my son still had a fever all night and we could not bring it back down. It stayed around 101 F all night. The next morning my wife took my son into Multi-care of Covington for a second opinion and said he had such a massive ear infection that it looks like he ruptured his ear drum. There was actual blood coming from his ear the days we took him in. We are so upset at Valley Medical Center of Covington for missing this easy diagnoses.
