Wish we had some positive feedback but about the only thing we can think of is a convenient office location. The rest of the experience with this woman has been a nightmare. Her treatment methods tend to be more bullying than helpful, she will schedule appointments when you tell her you aren't available and then charge for missed appointments. Washington Water Damage are the contractors that need to be called if you have a disaster. We had a pipe break while we were on vacation and our house was in a bad way! The crew did a great job drying our house, caring for our furniture and putting everything back in place. The construction crew did a great job repairing the house and it looks great.
