Last Christmas I bought over 500$ from a very helpful and pleasant sales girl at this Kennewick mall Zumiez. My story is: I was shopping for my 10 year old on 9/10/10 in a different store and sent my 13year old to see if she can find some clothes and shoes in Zumiez and I will meet her their to look and purchase the items. My daughter was confronted with a male sales person. He went in her face and said"What do you want" He was rude and the other male was nice the last time I was in. My daughter was dressed in her vollyball practice outfit. I don't know if it was how she looked or maybe he was prejudice. All I know is The employees should be much nicer to hard working paying customers. This would have been a 5 star place if it wasn't for that gentleman.
