My daughter took music lessons here for a year. She had a couple great teachers. I give her teachers 5 stars. But the person who runs the center, Darlene, isn't as nice. She had a problem with my daughter today and grabbed my daughters arm to pull her up the stairs. She then lectured my daughter. I apologized over and over then left. After talking with my daughter I didn't feel she was all in the wrong. But I convinced her to return to apologize to Darlene because that was the right thing to do. My daughter had a very difficult time getting the courage to go inside to apologize but did. Darlene refused to accept the apology, leaving a my daughter crying on the way home.
